Items listed as ‘Sold Out’ are temporarily out of stock.  Please check back soon for availability.
You will receive an email addressing any delays or cancellations on items temporarily out of stock.


PAYMENT


All transactions are securely processed by Braintree Payments using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
We do not accept cash, checks or money orders for online purchases.
Please note that Virginia residents will have an extra 5.3% sales tax added to their order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’ll provide a free USPS return shipping label.
To start the return process, and other questions regarding returns, please email:  info@seventwelve.com
In your email, please include your order number and details about the item you would like to return.
All items must be returned within 21 days from the order date in unwashed, unworn, new condition.
Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original method of payment.
Original shipping costs are not included in the refund amount.
We offer a full refund, including shipping, if an incorrect or defective item is sent.
We will promptly process your refund once we receive your return.  Please allow a full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your financial statement.
To make an exchange, simply return the original item, and place a new order.
If you have misplaced or lost your original packing slip, please send us an email.


SHIPPING


Orders placed Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped within 2 – 3 business days.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Orders placed on a holiday will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking info, if applicable.
Most orders will ship via USPS.
Most locations should receive their orders in 1 – 3 business days after processing and shipping.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
